When used regularly for a relaxing 15-minute treatment the308DL Aerobic Exerciser improves your circulation and lymphatic stimulation, gently aligns your spine and improves your overall balance in the same ways the standard model does.
For A Soothing Neck Massage: Unroll your exercise mat or cushion and put it near the back of the Evergain so that the matt is level with the bottom of the machine’s footrest. Find the main groove of the footrest and let your neck rest there. Turn the switch to "neck" mode. Check to make sure your hair isn’t near any moving parts of the machine. Adjust the speed dial. Take a deep breath, shut your eyes and relax!
For A Tension-Taming Shoulder Massage: Unroll your exercise mat or cushion and put it near the back of the Evergain so that the matt is level with the bottom of the machine’s footrest. Locate the FIR heat button and the massage button on the right side of the back of the machine and turn them both on. Rest your shoulder upon the massage panel, relax and enjoy a great massage. Adjust the speed of your massage to slow or fast to suit yourself.
For A Relaxing Foot Massage/ Reflexology Massage: Activate the FIR heat and massage buttons.
