"Wow! A very powerful motor! Probably the most powerful back massager we have - great to lean up against in a chair, or have a friend help you with. The steel spinal nubs - which you can adjust to just the right width so they massage on either side of your spine - felt great with a friend holding the massager and moving it up and down my back - that was my favorite way to use it. It's a little heavy to hold on your own. The padded u-shaped attachment fits nicely around my legs and knees and felt great! I'd love it after a long day of hiking. The variable speed with kit even comes with a sheepskin cover to soften the feel of the steel attachments. Though, I gotta say, the kneading fingers is still my favorite for back and shoulder pain - it feels the most like a real massage therapist."
